It is your active participation that can help you keep your mind away from wandering.

2. Notes just be well Structured:

When you actively take Notes you utilize your hands. It acts as a stimulus to your brain to listen carefully so that you have something useful to pen down. Develop a note-taking system that works for you, such as bullet points, mind maps, or Cornell notes. Structuring your notes can help organize information and keep you focused on capturing essential points.

3. Practice Mindfulness:

Stay present in the moment by practicing mindfulness techniques, such as deep breathing or focusing on your senses. If you find your mind wandering, gently bring your attention back to the meeting and your note-taking. If you feel yourself zoning out or losing track, take a short break to re-energize. Grab a glass of water to reset your focus in between and before returning to the next meeting.
