3. Stay Resilient:

Dealing with favoritism and lack of support can be disheartening, but it’s essential to remain resilient. Focus on your goals, continue to invest in your professional development, and don’t let setbacks deter you from pursuing opportunities for growth and advancement.

4. Identify and seal the loopholes in your organization:

Instead of doing repeat tasks, sit and identify 10 -30 areas where your organization struggles; then think which of these areas can be made better just by paying attention and creating templates, systems, using AI, pick up an area, make a difference in this area, test your system well then share it with your seniors not to seek recognition but offer to share the same knowledge with other departments to make their day to day functioning easier and plugging a loophole. Every organization yearns for leaders who are proactive, If you prove to be a leader you will become indispensable for your organization. This is what would not just get you noticed but admired and promotion-ready.
