Aafreen’s journey with Zenith began not as a coach, but as a learner.

She first studied Communication Intelligence as a student, experiencing firsthand the impact of mentorship, structured practice, and inner recalibration. Even after completing the program, she chose to stay closely connected to Zenith, recognizing a truth many professionals come to realize late: potential without mentorship often goes underutilized.

Rather than stepping away, she committed to continuous growth under mentorship – learning, practicing, and refining her leadership alongside guiding others. Today, as Head Coach, she brings that same learner’s mindset into every Execution Lab. Each session is as much about her own evolution as it is about helping others sharpen theirs.

This lived experience allows her to guide with empathy, precision, and credibility, because she has walked the path herself.

Aafreen serves as the Lead Speaker Coach and Event Director at TEDxGeorgiaStateU, where she has mentored speakers across disciplines – students, faculty, and professionals to craft and deliver talks that resonate on global platforms. A TEDx Speaker herself, she brings deep expertise in storytelling, executive communication, and high-stakes public speaking.

Her experience extends beyond the stage. Aafreen has presented at international conferences including EDUCAUSE and Adobe-sponsored global forums and has been invited to serve on expert panels and research juries, contributing to academic and professional discourse at a global level.

She has also designed and developed leadership curriculum for Georgia Tech, reflecting her ability to translate leadership theory into structured, institution-grade learning experiences.
