Once your questionnaire and payment have been received, your request goes directly to Gurleen Kaur. If approved, Zenith contacts you to discuss mutual availability. Appointments are generally scheduled within the following 15–30 days.

Does payment confirm an appointment immediately?

No. Payment completes your request, but the request then goes directly to Gurleen Kaur for review and approval. Zenith will contact you only after the request is approved for this consultation format.

When could my consultation be scheduled?

After approval, Zenith will contact you to find a mutually suitable time. Appointments are generally scheduled within the next 15–30 days.

What happens if Gurleen cannot take my request?

If Gurleen is unable to take the request for any reason, the full payment will be refunded within 3–5 working days.
